  The lady who runs the place, Mrs. Tiziana, is extremely helpful, friendly and understanding. She goes well outside her 'contractual obligations' to solve one's problems.This was very much appreciated! The place is very central. One can reach most attractions on foot. One can have personalized contact and advice prior to the trip and this proved to be - We stayed in Casa Ilaria for two nights last June. Allthough Bologna can be quite tricky by car, we were lucky to find it without delay. The location is superb, in an elegant building in a lively area in the centre, a lot of students (which we liked). Everything is within walking distance, and the streets around are very nice to wander around in. A lot of nice restaurants, cafe's and musea close.   Good location - free atmosphere of University-blok, bus c from train- station is near by, 2 min by walk from Two Towers and then close - city center. Very clean, comfortable big room and bathroom. Beautifull and good-taste decorated rooms and common area. Staff is very attentive, kind and helpfull. Breakfast is good. The hotel is much better that ... hva folk sier » it looks on fotos and in discription. Feels more than two stars. Price is very attractive. I recomend the hotel. - Once you enter the hotel, everything you see is very modern and finished to the highest of standards. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. The staff, although some of them could have better English, were helpful. The receptionist even printed out a map for us with the directions to the closest bus stop for the Airport shuttle bus. Will definitely return to the hotel if I am in Bologna again.

  Excellent staff (spoke fluent English), very clean and perfect location. - all staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful. the hotel was perfectly situated close enough to walk to the centre of bologna and far enough so you got a proper feel for the area.
