We have just returned from a wonderful stay in Federica's Home. We spent 4 nights in this converted apartment. Federica has transformed the apartment into a very homely, comfortable and modern B&B. I had mentioned in the booking that we would be celebrating an anniversary during our stay in Rome and Federica had left fruit, champagne and chocolates in our room for us upon arrival. We are a family with two older children so the two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms was really convenient.
The kitchen facilities were perfect and we appreciated the inclusion of the basics like salt and pepper and oil. Having a full sized fridge with a decent sized freezer was also a bonus for our longer stay.

you didn't have to walk too far for all major attractions or metro
and train stations. The room also looked out over a really nice piazza
with lots going on. The room was on the 5th floor of a lovely building

wonderful days. The BnB is very clean and spacious, there is even a
computer in the common area with a printer and books to refer to which
we thought was very thoughtful and helpful.The BnB is on a quiet street

We were recommended by a colleague at work that the "Be First B&B" was the ideal place to book for a citytrip to Rome, and I will certainly recommend it to all our friends when they plan visiting Rome. Lovely, warm staff- Gabriella, Jasmine and especially, Arianna. Brilliant location, 5 minute walk to Termini and access to rail, metro, trams and Airport shuttle. Great security and excellent Wi-Fi.
