Machine in the breakfast room and every single hotel room! Every morning

We stayed in the Annex, which is around the corner from the main hotel and reception. Both buildings are in the old city centre, a block or two away from Trevi fountain and many restaurants and curio shops. great location.

the staff was great and had great answers for all of our questions. they even pointed out some great restaurant that were off the normal tourist path. the room was a good size for me and my girlfriend not huge but it was not a closet about what you expect from a three star hotel. the beds were comfortable even if it was just two twin beds but together. the had some one making coffee and cappuccinos in the morning along with some other light foods, cereal bread croissants. loved the place.

Once we arrived the staff was prompt and happy to greet us. Though we didn't speak Italian they spoke enough English to communicate perfectly. The stay was great, we decided we needed to stay a second night without booking it and they ensured me it wasn't a problem offering me the same rate. Ana Paola and Luigi were extremely polite and helpful. The location is right dead in the heart of Ancient Rome, absolutely amazing for the price. Tons of restaurants and bars close as well.

The location was excellent!! Stay here for easy walking to all of the sites and the metro station at the Spanish Steps and Barberini. We had a little balcony which was lovely and a perfect place to eat breakfast. The staff were very helpful. The place and our room was kept quite clean. We had no problem with street noise or noise from guests.

Utmerket beliggenhet og svært hyggelig personale - This has a light breakfast included, decent size rooms but that's pretty much it regarding facilities. Stefano, was amazingly helpful and spoke excellent English. He offered a wonderful suggestion for a reasonable traditional Italian restaurant. The location cannot be beat, close to 2 Metro stops
