  Friendly staff, very helpful. Held our bags for us even after we had checked out. I noticed how clean it was, especially the bathroom! Very happy with our stay and the best part for us is that we felt very safe. Reception had to buzz us in so we could go upstairs to get to our room. Good breakfast included. Was concerned about making reservations here because of negative reviews, but we found none of the problems mentioned, and we would definitely stay there again & recommend it.

  The location was perfect for visiting the Vatican and connecting with the Hop On Hop Off buses (both were just a liesurely 10 minute walk. Marco's little welocme basket was really apprerciated - I really liked the location, restaurants and nightlife are within walking distance. The apartment was as great as expected, had wifi, felt like home.

  Great service and friendly people: they helped us find a supermarket so we didn't have to pay €2 for half a liter of water in the city, they brought us showergel because we forgot to bring our own and they showed us some nice restaurants. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect: within a few minutes walk of Vaticancity and the Vatican muse... hva folk sier » ums. Restaurants are right around the corner. The room was clean, the breakfast simple but with a lots of fruit of whitch we took the appels and banan - They e-mailed us 1 day earlier to check on our arrival time and they were extra kind and helpful. It is located at a 1885 constructed building which gives you the era of the town (when in Rome try to live like Romans do). The rooms are in a big appartment converted to hotel on the 1st floor at a very nice area next to Vatican City (2 blocks walk) and the Ottaviano Metro Station (1 block). The room is clean and has all you may need for a city trip.

  Location from the train station (6 blocks) and the Metro (2 blocks) were ideal. Rooms were very clean and a nice size, as were the bathrooms - not at all cramped. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The basic breakfast was filling – three different fresh baked goods daily, juice, coffee or tea plus additional packaged biscuits and jam. This was a great plus! - The staff at the hotel were very friendly and they also give us safety advice during our stay in Rome. Love the breakfast. Overall it is very pleasure staying at this hotel even though the surrounding was not as expected.

  Claudia, our host, was very friendly and helpful with information. We saw her when we arrived and on the day we left. Nice neighborhood location west of Trastevere, yet, for walkers, it's not that far from major Rome sights and also easy to catch a bus a few blocks from the B&B.
