  Thank you Fabio for the wonderful stay. We stayed at Be First for 4 wonderful days. The BnB is very clean and spacious, there is even a computer in the common area with a printer and books to refer to which we thought was very thoughtful and helpful.The BnB is on a quiet street near the termini. The breakfast at the cafe r - We were recommended by a colleague at work that the "Be First B&B" was the ideal place to book for a citytrip to Rome, and I will certainly recommend it to all our friends when they plan visiting Rome. The hotel is situated close to the Termini station, so there is no need to take a taxi. The lobby with the free-to-use pc + printer is very handy to book your return flight and print out your boarding passes. In the rooms there is free wifi and a mini refrigerator.   We stayed in the one bedroom suites with one double bed and a bunk bed. We booked the room just before we took the night train from Venice to Rome so I was not possible to check email at night.   Absolutely perfect. Located just around the corner from termini and beside metro stop it was very easy to move around the city. The apartment was so clean and spacious. Our bedroom was perfect , nice and cool, nice touch was a mini fridge in our room. We didn't hear anyone else in the apartment even though we know other people were staying. Who wants to eat a big breakfast o - We are absolutely fascinated by the administrator Mabel, which prompted, helped and was always kind and smiling. I like everything: clean rooms, air conditioning and fan, clean comfortable bathroom (even though it was separate from the room), breakfast with everything we need. The hotel's location is also great - from the Termini station you can easily get to other parts of Rome, other cities and regions of Italy as well as to airports.
