  Bra beliggenhet ved Grande Canale. Kort vei å gå fra jernbanestasjonen ca 10 minutter. Stoppested for vannbussen ved Piazzale Roma rett nedenfor hotellet. Pent hotell og hyggelig personale. Located right across the bridge from the train station and next to the vaporetta station we were able to see and do everything with little effort.   A good position, close to the railway station but in an area of Venice which I know well and which is not particularly touristy. The staff were friendly and the room and bathroom very clean. We called up to the hotel and they asked whether we wanted to cancel our booking. They also said that despite flood the hotel had no problems and they were looking forward to their guests to arrive.   We really enjoyed our long weekend at de l'Alboro. Great location as we were close to the vaporetti stops, not far from San Marco and not at all noisy. The staff were very helpful and gave our young children little gifts (and hot chocolate!). The breakfast buffet had a good choice and we felt very welcome.
