We previously stayed here for more than 1 month before finding an apartment to rent and found it very comfortable to stay. Catch the tram to flamino ( can't go wrong it only goes there and back, 1.50€ pay on the tram) then either catch the metro ( on the same ticket) or walk, shop and sightsee on the via del corso all the way to the centre of Rome .

The neighbourhood was quiet and safe, with some good restaurants within a short walking distance.
