  We had some difficulties with our booking due to unclear communication with bookings.com but the hotel staff, in particular Claudio was fantastic and sorted it out for us very pleasantly and efficiently. Excellent and very attentive service. Hotel staff made me feel very welcome and was extremely helpful in providing information about restaurants and things to see.
