  Excellently placed. Just round the corner from the Central bus and metro stations. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and are more than willing to help with arranging trips, taxis etc. Should have remembered to have a mid day siesta, walking around a city is exhausting. From the breakfasts and the lovely staff up on the 5th floor we really liked it. Great location (we walked to all of Rome's attractions) and nice place to sleep. The view over a garden was magnificent.   Enjoyed staying here, we one used it for one night to be close to the station to fly out the next day. It's a great budget option, large room, clean and secure. We stayed around the Trivoli Fountain for 5 nights at the start of our trip. We found the restaurants so expensive there. ( You pay gor locatoon). Nice location (not the most glamorous part of the town but so convinient to be close to termini station). Good value for money. Very simple but clean and calm (ie. what you would be looking for in a budget hotel). Breakfast is simple but included in the price and really nice to have for a good start of the day.

  the staff at this hotel were great. We were greeted and welcomed from the moment that we touched the front door. The front desk staff were great at making suggestions, helping with bookings etc. I stayed at another "big chain" hotel in Rome earlier in the trip, and the the service between the 2 was like night and day. All of the main sites were within walking distance, only the Vatican was a bit far, but we used the tour bus on our visit. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The room clean and great shower, the breakfast perfect, plenty to eat and lots of choice. Local restaurant and bar fantastic value.
