  Really good value for the money. It is a really small apartment but it was really clean. The breakfast was ok but don't expect much, it is a cappucino and a croissant of your choice (they were really good though). 5 minute walk from the train station, 5-10 minute from the metro station.   This b&b was very close to our son who is studying in Rome. I really liked the blood orange juice for breakfast. Breakfast was served in the room by the window and very pleasant. Great Internet and plenty of hot water. Carlos did not speak very much English but tried very hard to be helpful. - The people in charge were extremely friendly. You can buy water, wine, snacks and bus&tram tickets. Tram stop is just in front of the B&B, Bus stop is just 3min. walking from the B&B. You can feel real - The welcome and assistance from Umberto and Vincenzo was second to none. The room was large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Towels changed after two days. The position was ideal with a tram stop just outside, although it is possible to walk to the centre. Trastevere has a good selection of, reasonably priced, bars and restaurants and some delightful lanes to stroll through.

The facilities were good for the price we paid and the location was spot on - we couldn't have chosen a better place - right next to the Colosseum!

The apartment is very big, clean and cozy, comes with a nice and equipped kitchen. Towers were changed everyday and beds were made. Hot water for shower was good and consistent. There was a notice not to touch the switch for the hot water in the bathroom. Just take note that the switch has to be constantly "ON". We stayed here for 7 days and managed to extend for another 2 days (I have a job assignment in Rome). Would love to sta
