The location was more than excellent! It was very easy to find even for those who don't know Venice. It was very near to the main square and to the "vaporetto" stations. No more than 5 minutes on foot. Especially the staff was too helpful and polite. They were excellent. The rooms were clean, warm and comfortable. The stairs were funny. In a few w

- The staff was really nice
- The Location was charming! I loved the quitness of the island.
- The breakfast is quite sober but good enough for us!
- Keep in mind that you will have to travel with a vaperetto (waterbus) from venice to a seperate island! Trip will take 20 minutes and than you will have to walk for 15 minutes (or make an appointment with the hotel for a free shuttle service! The walk is nice so we didn't use this service).
- Don't expect luxury, just a place to sleep!
