owner told us, where should we go, recommended some restaurants.... The
breakfast was also nice, served in the room: coffee, juice, buns,

Nice, cosy room with air conditioning. We had very friendly staff who told us where good local restaurants and tourist attractions were. The best thing about this hotel was the location, very close (5 minute walk) from St Mark's Square. Considering this, the price per night was also pretty good value

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They take extended time to explain things and they also give you useful tips.
Good location close to Rialto Bridge and the Pescaria Market. San Silvestro waterbus stop is also nearby . You don't have to cross bridges on the way to this stop.

Excellent hotel location for walks in Venezia: most of tourist attractions can be simply reached. At the same time hotel is situated in quiet nice corner near Grand Canal, so crowds of tourists do not seriously disturb. It is wonderful breakfast in the hotel. We had sufficiently large room for family equipped by neccesary infrastructure (in paticular - by conditioner, which is vital for Venice in Sommer). The location was very close to St Marks Square with wonderful restaurants and shops. Olga, was fantastic. The place was spotless and the breakfast was not your typical coffee and muffin. Olga served meat,cheese,yogurt, freshly squeezed juice, crackers croissants, espresso and cappuccino. I would recommend this place to anyone. -

This B&B is located very closely to the train station (5 min. walking) and bus station (10 min. walking). Also the water taxi stop Riva di Biasio is only 2 min. walking distance. The couple Sergio and Marcella are very nice, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious, prepared and served by Marcella in their little tiny kitchen. Also they let us keep the luggage in their house after checkout while we were sightseeing. Quiet area. Definitely would come back to this plac

My stay at Giudecca Bella was wonderful, and allowed for a more relaxed and quiet stay in Venice, than staying on San Marco. And the great thing is it is only 2 minutes away from San Marco on the ferry. Very friendly and welcoming, very pretty, and the price is right, particularly for Venice. Highly recommended! -
