The location was very safe, at the center of shopping centers, supermarkets, and easily accessible to various tourist attractions (e.g. Colosseum, San Giovanni Cathedral, etc). There is a small kitchenette; we wanted to boil some water and make a tea cause it was cold and it wasn't a problem ;) so i think if you need to use some kitchen facilities you just need to ask.
