  Staff- Stefano was extremely helpful made absolutely everything we needed available including late check-out.   Amazing place . Excellent location 3 min walk from the Coliseum and 5 minutes walk from the Metro . Staing at the b&b allows you to reach any point in Rome by foot without using public transportation at all. The place itself is very, very clean with ensuring every little detail of comfort. Large room has everything you need after a long day o... hva folk sier » f hiking in Rome, best advised to return after a long day of hiking and get in to a hot Jacuzzi tub to relaxed and start the next day filing like new - Very warm welcome, the young couple managing this B&B/appartment was friendly, helpfull and kind. we stayed for 3 nights in the "suite" with the water bed and the spa. the room is furnished with taste and every little detail is thought through. the bathroom is furnished with stone and wood which makes it relaxing and modern. We enjoyed, of course, the huge bubble bath with essential oils ( nothing better after a long day walking!). i definetly recommend the suite for the confort, localisati
