1) Location of this hotel is nice. It's 15 minutes to the Termini, 5 minutes to the Manzoni metro station, 20 minutes to the Colosseum (all by feet). In fact, it's very easy to reach the most of the famous Rome sightseeings by feet & metro from here.

Tip Top Location. 10mins from the rail terminus dragging our cases. Wonderful shop nr the metro station 3mins walk. A nice eatery 56 steps away. The best ice cream in Rome a few footsteps further. 100 meters further you see the colosseum. The only time we used the metro was for the Vatican 1.5 euros away, one change, 20mins. VERY quiet apartment. Handy enough to nip back to for a siesta when we started melting. And upload your facebook pics via free wifi. Just what you need for a city break.

We stayed in the spacious, cleaned and comfortable apartment (two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, two bathrooms), staff was very friendly and kind, breakfast was basic, but brought at the agreed time to our flat every day, the apartment house is located at the city center five minutes walk from the Colosseum, there is lot of restaurants near here; for the price we paid it was excellent, free Wi-Fi available

The place is a newer conversion of an older building of condominiums. They have done a nice job. The rooms are adequately appointed, with good beds, bedside reading lamps, a desk area with comfortable chair, flat-screen TV, small fridge, wardrobe and safe.
