  Excellent and simple bed, chair, and armoire. I was in P1 so I had 2 skylights. Very friendly staff, even though I couldn't speak (virtually any) Italian. Very useful breakfast which I had several days. - Room was very clean and adequate standard for the price. Location is close to the subway, two stops from Termini Railway Station.

Very clean spacious and modern rooms, beds and towels changed daily if required. Also a great location close to the metro just 2 stops from Termini station. Overall a really lovely place with very friendly staff!!!
