THe close location to the Duomo and the rest of Florence. Hearing the bells ring everyday.
THe staff was so very friendly and helpful. The room was very simple but clean. The breakfast was adequate. Wish it had boiled eggs. I was going to stay one night and stayed THREE because my hotel was so pleasing and getting around FLorence was easy. -

Huset, miljøet,uteområdet. Vi bodde 3 netter der noen dage før. I 1.etasje var det mye trafikkstøy. Vi fikk nytt rom i 3 etasje på dette oppholdet, og det var mye bedre.Betjeningen var veldig behjlepelig med å få det til. - Hotel staff extrememly friendly, the receptionist was patient and happy for us to practice our Italian when speaking to her.

Really clear, the room, the breakfast on the terrace. definitly all - It was all great - we arrived much earlier than the allowed booking time, but they let us leave our luggage there until the room was ready, and they made every effort to get our room ready quickly. Overall, a great place to stay!

It is the best hotel that i stayed in Italy. The price is very good considering the nice, large and comfortable room. It is very clean and bathroom has a heating racks that can make laundry try quickly, which is very convenient. It provided breakfast in the room and was very good. Staff is helpful with information.
