Everyting! Absolutely perfect stay, beatiful suites. Location is very good. Room is huge, jacuzzi and shower are both great.
Very comfortable stay.
Staff was helpful.
TIP- go to the top level of the bar on the roof- good food and amazing view on sunset.

comfortable. Bathroom is very spacious and luxurious. Staff were really

The suite was more than fantastic; the staff were caring and attentive; couldn't have been more helpful; the beds were Devine; the spa relaxing and the best position just near the bridge. Please go and stay with them you just couldn't find a bettervplace in Florence
