The Hotel was perfect. Everything from the service and staff to the rooms was brilliant. Wonderful breakfast, very warm welcome and attitude from the stuff. From the first moment we felt the smell of the fresh bakery and vanilla which was accompanied by a wonderful coffee. The situation is perfect just a few minutes' walk from via Manzoni and Duomo. The rooms were clean, comfortable and big. The design was fashionable and welcoming. We will for sure come back! :)))

Well it's hard to describe or to draw clear line between positive and negative things in this hotel. So I'll start from biggest advantage - place. Dear Friends , Hotel Florida is a 3 Stars hotel . Very friendly and
helpful staff . Specially the last day I had a problem with my credit
card , it was miss understanding between the bank and letsbookhotel.com , I
thought I was charged twice , luckily the reception lady was very
patient and she solved my concern . The hotel is clean , bathroom is
just perfect . I couldnt rate the bed quality because I was so exhausted

The hostel was very clean and walking distance away from all the sights. The man from the desk gave me a map with all the sights on it which helped. I stayed for 2 nights and for the 2nd night i was alone in a 4 bedroom female room which was nice to have some space but all the ladies were lovely that were in their previously. I felt safe here and

The hostel owners and daniela were the most friendliest staff i have ever met. And i have been to many hostels but they never meet up to this one. She treated me and my romates like family, we hung out together and the whole experience was unforgettable. The rooms were clean and cosy and although the hostel is not so easy to find at first, it is actually easy. U just get off at loreto station andthe hostel is just 5mins walk.
