  Ercole was an excellent host. He greated us and helped carry our bags up to the 4th floor where our room was. The Bluehostel has 3 rooms on the 4th floor and the others are on the 3rd floor. Be prepared to take the stairs, there is no elevator. We didn't mind at all. The room was cozy and cute with a very comfortable bed, great air conditioning, a... hva folk sier » nd a large bathroom by European standards. The shower was great with enough hot water, good water pressure, and a nice shower head. The absolute best - The rooms are clean, decorated beautifully and very comfortable. We were met by Ricardo who helped us with our luggage and also made sure we were settled in. Also provided us with a map of what to see in Rome, where to eat, drink, shop etc. Everything is thought of to make your stay as pleasant as possible and have to say Ercole and Ricardo were both so helpful with any questions. We would stay there again.

  Giovanni was wonderful - friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome. She was able to suggest local restaurants (which were excellent), looked into reservations at the Borghese Gallery for us, provided an excellent map of the city (which Rome's tourist info at the train station would not give us unless we purchased the Roma pass), and overall ... hva folk sier » provided lots of very helpful information. Our room looked directly toward the Tiber and was perfectly situated for exploring Rome. - Very good place. The location is one of the main advantages: close to Spanish steps and Vatican, but the street is very quiet, so that you can easily sleep with open windows. The room is rather comfortable with a very clean and well-designed bathroom. The owner of the b&b is a wonderfull lady, she was helping and taking care of us all the time!

  Paolo was very helpful and accommodating when I was still planing my trip. We checked in a little late and Coordinated with Paolo to have someone there at the time of our arrival. The apartments are very comfortable and spacious. The shower was the most normal and similar - The Ripetta 25 apartment we stayed in was fantastic, it had both design and functionality, and was cleaned and organized. It is the best way to visit Rome without worrying about restaurants. In the small kitchen you have everything you need to prepare a nice meal (better than in many restaurants!) They provide you with salt, sugar, coffee, olive oil and all the basic kitchen equipment. All you need to do is to walk 5 minutes to the supermarket. The staff was amazing and we really felt at home.

The apartment is very big, clean and cozy, comes with a nice and equipped kitchen. Towers were changed everyday and beds were made. Hot water for shower was good and consistent. There was a notice not to touch the switch for the hot water in the bathroom. Just take note that the switch has to be constantly "ON".
