The room exceeded our expectation. It was large, very clean, and updated. All of the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. - Hotel was of a good standard and had an excellent location. Staff were always courteous and helpful.

excellent site half way betwee San Marco and The Rialto. Wonderful staff very friendly and helpful. No lift but this was no big deal. Air conditioning was a boon. If you strike Mirelle,Lorenzo,Alexander and Andy you will expirence the A team. Thanks to all - we feel very comfotrtable

Super close to Plaza San Marco, provided maps to easily find the hotel
in such a maze of a city. The hotel smelled wonderfully, always clean,
modern and homey type feel to it. The staff were super attentive and
helpful to all our needs, making suggestions which were very helpful.
The breakfast was great!!!! Unexcpected and delicious, there is great

Venice is a small city (for me anyway) but hard to navigate, so people
will get lost (I got delightfully lost several times), but I thought
Residenza La Loggia was super easy to find. With only the map provided
from their website I went straight from the St. Mark's vaporetto
stop (from the airport) to the B&B with no wrong turns.

The hotel is just off main walking alley Calle dei Fabbri some 4 minutes north from San Marco. The distance between houses on opposite side in this area are tiny co do not expect any view from your window. If you do not mind this then Residenza la Loggia might be just the right place for your stay. Great location-close to everything. Staff was very helpful and informative. Kept very clean and tidy. Breakfast was great on the patio. Do have to climb a lot of stairs (no elevator) but very nice place. -

Rommene og frokostrestauranten - Easy to find, Staff was very helpful and aided us getting to the room, which was located in a separate building. Very helpful getting our bags to the room, which was no easy task as I was travelling for three weeks and required vacation and work clothes!

All the staff were suberb; they spoke good english, they smiled and they could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was excellent and exactly what we wanted - lots of choice and hot and cold options.

It's a good value for the money spent in a city where some businesses easily gouge tourists. The staff are very friendly and accomodating, providing answers to every question we had. Location is great! It takes just 5 minutes to reach San Marco, the same
time you will need to walk to Realto, and 20 minutes leisurely to Train

First time in Venice, first time at Aqua Palace. Very nice hotel, very
friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is not easy to find (actually -
nothing is easy to find in Venice except main landmarks) so be prepared
to walk aroung for an hour or so until you get used to the location.
Hotel has it's own pier so it is very easy to get if you take a
water taxi or private boat from aiport or train station. Overall - will
recommend the hotel.
