  This is a perfect place to stay for your trip to Rome. The location is perfect - 3 mins to the Forum, 15 mins walking from Termini railway staitaion, etc.. We used the metro just once, to get to Vatican. It is a nice, small family owned place. There are just 4 rooms there. The design of the rooms is perfect: very functional, there's everything yo... hva folk sier » u need, it's nice and cosy, and you feels that everything is almost brand-new, including bathroom facilities. The breakfast was nice. The owner is ver - This little place is gorgeous, well located in a quiet little street near via Cavour with an excellent restaurant across the street. I was met by a gorgeous man, Leone, who despite my late arrival was really nice. The only criticism was that the promised breakfast was really bad, so don't depend on it. The area is well serviced by other bars etc, so eat breakfast out. Just make sure you avoid Gran Caffe Cavour, in via Cavour, as a coffee there will set you back more than 6.60euro!!!!

  We enjoyed our time. The room was clean and comfortable. Comes with free breakfast and WiFi. The location is great. It's close to the Vatican Museums and other historical highlights. Metro station is within 5 min of walking distance. Also a lot of good shops, restaurants, and bars in the streets around the hotel. We also met the staff member responsible for the rooms who besides doing an awesome job every single day, is an evenly wond - Genuine and personal atmosphere, with very welcoming personnel. Close to the Vatican, restaurants, shopping, and metro/bus stations. Feels very new, fresh and always clean. The breakfast is not much, tea or coffee and a croissant, but it's the Italian way. You eat your breakfast at a small bar/café across the street and the place is truly genuine and filled with locals drinking their morning coffee.

  Location was by far the best thing. The suggestions on how best to visit and tour Rome on foot from the non-24hr reception staff rep was fantastic. Bed was clean. Chauffeur Roberto from airport direct to Guest House was amazing. Great service and would come back just for that alone, taking the pressure of finding and traveling to Rome. He even ass... hva folk sier » isted my cousin with her luggage upon departure, carrying it for her from first floor to the car. Phone/fax/internet shop one block away was super con - + Perfect location for exploring Rome. Right next to the guest-house is the Roman Forum, several great basilicas, Colosseo is 5 minutes walk away, etc. etc. + The rooms are spacious and very well-furnished. The quality you'd expect to find in a 3-4 star hotel rather than in a guest-house. + There is a kitchen with a stove & fridge. Really nice :) Coffee-machine makes nice coffee and hot chocolate 50c a cup (as of September 2013). + The staff was super-friendly and really helpful.
