  The staff at Navona Suites were extremely helpful. The answer was always 'yes' and with a smile. They dealt with every single request immediately and gave great advice on places to visit and local expertise on prices and timings of trips. We stayed in the junior suite which was stunning and the location meant everything was within waking distance.... hva folk sier » Upon arrival they give you a map and help you mark on all the places you are looking to visit too. We had a late flight which was delayed and they di - Not your typical hotel, but charming. Modern, rooms are larger than expected, esp for the price.   The room was spacious and clean. It had several secure doors to gain entry so was extremely safe. My room overlooked a piazza which was nice. The staff was incredibly hospitable and informative and accommodating. The beds were fantastic - I shared a two twin room - I need a support mattress and this mattress was superb. I slept quite well. The place is so centrally located so there was some noise but the sound- proof windows blocked nearly all if the ground noise. The owners even set up transfer to the airport that came early. I have stayed in Rome at 3 other places and this was the best for the combo of clean, value, and location! Will definitely stay again!

We were concerned about the noise from the streets but the rooms had double windows that shut any noise down! Design is very chic in an ancient building very comfort and safety in the center of rome. It's real center of everything!!!!
