  The rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. It was conveniently located on a busy, famous square, which was magnificent (and great fun) to overlook, but yet so quiet when the windows were closed. The staff was helpful and kind. The room was huge for the price, and in a perfect, central location. Giovanna might be the nicest person I have ever met in my life. Very accommodating staff, made us feel right at home. A true gem!

Our stay in Florence was greatly enhanced by the well qualified and very kind staff.
