  Super clean, very comfortable with large bedrooms & quiet. Perfect for 3 adult women - each had her own bedroom with socializing at the kitchen table around the well stocked fridge.   I stayed there for three nights with my wife and daughter. The location is perfect as it is only 10min walk to Termini which is the main tube/train station. Also, Rafael was very nice and provided useful information on the sites to visit. What we like the most was that the room was clean, tidy and just perfect for the three of us. A tip of advise on the restaurants near the B&B are Bar Florans (or something similar as I don't r - Perfect location, 3 minutes by foot from Termini Station. Very friendly manager, gave us perfect advice on historical sites and city tours. The room was very clean and had everything you need (e.g. flat TV, private bath, WiFi, comfy bed, etc.). The breakfast was in a charming coffee shop nearby. I would totally recommend it.

  Our rooms were clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Coffee and juice and pastry was served, for a simple breakfast. Neighborhood is very nice and a short walk to the train station. The hotel is about a block from Independence Square on a side street with little traffic. The attached trattoria is excellent. The manager was very helpful, calling ... hva folk sier » a cab for us when our own cell phones didn't work. Although a 'basic' hotel, it suited us very well. We would return and/or recommend this hotel to an - Staff is really friendly, helped to us so much. Even gave map and a lot of times showed on it what we must see and how we can walk. Room is so good for this money, its big and all from natural wood. On floor 4 or 5 rooms and 2 bathrooms, it is so comfortable too. Location is so good: nearly railway station, 20 minutes walk to Coliseum.

  the location was fabulous and we felt very safe there. We were in walking distance of most of the tourist attractions and also close to transport. Plenty of cafes right on the doorstep. I would highly recommend this Inn and this area. - Only three rooms but very nice and confortable in the middle of the old city!
