It is our go to place for all Rome trips. - It was new, good bathroom and beds. We had a real ironing board and iron. Very quiet, no smoking, close to everything in central Rome, we walked to everything we wanted to see. Staff were good without fawning and obviously tip trawling. Most importantly it lived up to it's on line promotion, photos were honest.

  We stayed at Piazza Di Spagna for three nights and then returned for another night after travelling to Positano.   Location was excellent for navigating around Rome. Right next to Ponte Umberto short walk to Castle Saint Angelou and Vatican, even shorter walk to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. Hotel staff was extremely nice and provided great recommendations for dinners in the neighbourhood.
