  We stayed at Piazza Di Spagna for three nights and then returned for another night after travelling to Positano. The location is perfect, within walking distance to most of the tourist sites, the Metro and villa Borghese which is a great place to take the kids. the room is spacious, clean and modern. The staff is exceptionally nice, and the owner Giovanna takes care of any request you might have.   Such a lovely b n b. The location is really nice - away from the busy streets of the centro storico. We felt like we were living with the locals but also had plenty nearby shops/restaurants. The staff were very lovely and made the effort to speak to us every day. The breakfast was amazing! A table full of fresh fruit, fresh juice, pastries and bre... hva folk sier » ad each day. We would come out of our room to it all set out for us - no impersonal buffet. We stayed on the 6th floor (reached by an authentic elevat - Great B&B, good location as most attractions reachable by foot, no noise, many restaurants close by. Very pleasant and helpful staff. I did not meet the owners eye to eye, but did ask few extra's to make my stay more special and they happily helped , I even got nicer room as expected ..I would definelly reccomend this place to stay in Rome..Thank you Mariana for beautiful breakfast :)

  The Owner is an interesting lady who keeps the place in a perfect way. Room are spacious with a large bathroom. The guest house is on the 3th floor of a old nice building. It is really nice and you will have the feeling to be in house more than a Hotel. It is safe and well located. Hotel staff was extremely nice and provided great recommendations for dinners in the neighbourhood.
