  We phoned the hotel from Rome to inform them concerning a series of unexpected delays after our departure from Toronto. We arrived at the hotel after a 36 hour trip, tired and hungry. We had car trouble (not due to the hotel) and we ended up needing to book 3 extra nights until our car could be ready(over Easter break). Samona helped us rebook the same apt. AND b/c our car was not done until the end of the business day on the last day - they let us "hang out" in the apt until it was ready at no extra charge! We are VERY grateful for this!
