it was good experince as whole I enjoyed every minute - Very good service both at the reception and at the breakfast. Nicebreakfast although I somewhat missed some bacon and scramled eggs. (Thestaff was kind enough to let me have the breakfast outside. The negativecomplaints about the neighborhood of the hotel (Chinatown) is difficultto understand.

Frendly and helpfull stuff, excellent location just few minutes by feet from Duomo, Castle and The Last Supper, metro and restaurants were very close, the room was really quiet and cosy - Very clean and comfortable rooms. Camperio House is one of the absolute best and most comfortable hotels that we have stayed at during our travels throughout Europe. It is centrally located, Sylvia at the front desk was exceptional and went beyond what was expected and made our stay extremely enjoyable. The breakfast buffet with eggs was good, and the bed was actually comfortable.

The beds are very comfortable and the classic room is reasonably spacious with a mini fridge and kettle if those things are important to you.
The location of the hotel could not be better for getting around Milan. Very close to Metro and just off of the pedestrianised path to the Duomo. Easy walk to Brera, La Scala etc.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Central location, cool design, clean and quiet rooms, lovely staff, very helpful reception. We had a great stay in hotel Palazzo Segreti and will be back, if we are in milan again.
