The Staff wasoutstanding, and very courteous, the hotels cleanliness and service wassecond to none. Everytime we left the room, we came back and the bed wasmade, and there were chocolates on our pillows, the breakfast waswonderful and the eggs tasted amazing. We stayed one night at the Palazzo Peruta in April. The staff were extremely gracious in honouring a booking that I had made for the Junior Suite, despite me making an error in the booking for the wrong date, they managed to be able to give us the room that we wanted.
The staff were extremely polite and helpful with instructions on how to get around the city, and looked after our baggage when we went for a walk about the city after we had checked out.
The room was simply gorgeous - exquisitely
