  our host, Maurizio was warm & super hospitable. Maurizio also pampered us with the best simple yet unforgettable spread of breakfast completed with his humor. Location was superb, so easy to walk to Vatican within 5 mins reach, safe neighborhood & yummy food right downstairs.   We staied in this hotel during 5 days. We fast found it, due to previsoly looked trought internet and feedbacks from other people, that the hotel is based on 5th floor in the building. The staff is perfect. The brekfast is ok, tea, coffe, 2 cornetto, jam, bred, jus ( not real). I would reccomend just to add some ham and cheese. Incl breakfast delivered to your room and it is very clean with nice air conditioner! Just a short walk from the room is where you can catch a bus that takes you in one shot to downtown Rome. Very convenient. Getting there from the airport is a bit more tricky but not too bad.

  The hotel is located very close to the Vatican and Castel Sant' Angelo within a quiet street on the second floor of a building, however there is a lift. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful (both the owners and maid). The hotel kindly arranged door to door transport to the hotel from the airport, which worked out less than getting a taxi... hva folk sier » . They were able to provide an umberella to use when the weather was inclement and also directions and lots of helpful local information. The hotel is - The room was very clean, had air conditioning, and there was a lift. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. A light breakfast was served in our room each day at the time we requested. The friendly manager arranged our trip to the airport with a very professional driver for slightly less than the usual cab fare. Would definitely stay again! - Good location not far from Vatican and Metro line on quiet side street. Room good with little or no street noise and friendly helpful staff . Four keys to carry around and breakfast served in your room was not too much of an issue, however this depends on the individual travellers expectations. Would use hotel again if visiting Rome in the future.
