  Excellent location Slight problem with getting into hotel but owner resolved it completely and quickly. We were very satisfied with the resolution. Excellent communal kitchen, fully stocked. Those on a budget will appreciate having a full kitchen available. Our room was large and comfortable. No complains. 5 min walk to st. Very clean and nicely furnished rooms, VERY clean bathroom (despite it's shared, and B&B was fully booked, we haven't experienced queues), very friendly and helpful stuff, good kitchen, excellent location - from our window we could see both the dome of San Pietro and the angel at Castel Sant'Angelo.

  This apartment was fantastic. Great location 1block from Metro station between termini and colosseum, great area with lots of restaurants etc, always happining. Great for day or evening stroll to colosseum and forum sites. The apartment was very comfortable and 'as advertised'. Has ac, cable tv, working wifi(!), full kitchen with dishwasher, fridg... hva folk sier » e, stove, oven, laundry machine (yes!). Absolutely perfect for a family of 4 (master king bed, separate room with 2xtwin). Would also work well for tw - Tip Top Location. 10mins from the rail terminus dragging our cases. Wonderful shop nr the metro station 3mins walk. A nice eatery 56 steps away. The best ice cream in Rome a few footsteps further. 100 meters further you see the colosseum. The only time we used the metro was for the Vatican 1.5 euros away, one change, 20mins. VERY quiet apartment. Handy enough to nip back to for a siesta when we started melting. And upload your facebook pics via free wifi. Just what you need for a city break.

  I liked my room a lot. It was more than comfortable. The bathroom was nice, but not having a shower curtain or door took a bit of getting used to. I didn't like splashing water all over the bathroom floor. This hotel had a blow dryer that worked well. For the most part, most hotels tend to offer those old 1970 blow dryers that are more like hoses... hva folk sier » . Not this one. I was quite happy about that. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. I loved having a balcony and being able to open the - Excellent location with the Vatican a 5min walk. Rooms were very clean, breakfast was basic but for the price you pay it sets you up well for the day. All round, would highly recommend!

  I liked the fact that the staff was quite proficient in the English Language. There were no communication barriers whatsoever. The location is conveniently located near the Termini Station, which makes for easy access to all the important sites inside the city, no matter if you chose to walk or to take a bus. I was particularly impressed that when I tried to ask a porter a question and he could not answer I got a call so fast from reception to ask what was my question before I had time to pick up the phone to call reception. All staff I met were top-notch and took a real interest in making us at home. I still cannot believe we got such a high-quality hotel in the centre of Rome at such a competitive rate!
