  Everything was perfect. Stefano was waiting for us at the corner of the street although we arrived a bit late. He gave us some directions and advices to visit the city. The breakfast was served between 8h and 8h30 as planned, it was very nice presented with a lot of thing to eat and was different everyday (pastries were changing, ham, cheese, egg... hva folk sier » s...). Our room was very quite and very clean ! Another point is that the hotel is perfectly located in Roma : 5 minutes walk from Vatican or plaza - Stefano was wonderful. Answered all our questions and printed our train tickets. Breakfast in the room at any hour..pastries, meats and cheeses.... He even walked us to the bus stop so we would know where we were going. Called the cab and helped with the luggage. The quaint old elevator was a great experience. Location was the best to all activities. Very clean and safe!

  Very good location, bus&metro station were near by, and it's also easy to reach lots of historical site by walk. Close to central station, and it's easy to find with the direction I received from hotel couple of days before I arrive. Staff were extremely helpful and hospitality. It feels so good to use a key to open the front door everyday, feel like a local come home:) - Not sure I want to provide a review about this place as it will be giving away a secret! I travel to Rome often and had to book this hotel at the last minute. I was pleasantly surprised. What struck me the most was the friendly nature of the family running this establishment. I can only describe it as old fashioned hospitality with a genuine smile. Bedroom was huge for mid city standards and shower was larger than most 5 star hotel.

  It is very well located near Trastevere and Campo Di Fiori. The place is very small, it is only one floor with 3 rooms and a small kitchen to have breakfast but rooms are clean and confortable. Breakfast was a great selection of food. Fantastic coffee. Location is within walking distance to The Vatican and many Piazzas for dinner

They've recently added an elevator to the building, but he still met me downstairs to help me with my bags upon arrival, and helped me again at check-out.
