  Our mini apartment was spotless, a lot larger than expected, very well furnished, great facilities and had a larger than normal shower box. On our first night we were late in arriving and needed to get to the yacht club quickly so a taxi ride put us back just 8 euros. Also, it very very quiet at night. - It's a very pleasant hotel, with great apartments on the other side of the street with some shops, spotless clean,very quite, specious, equipped and stylish.The location is a bit away from the city center but in a 10 min walk you are their.   Perfect location in Muggia, a nice little town outside of Trieste. The owner, Lydia, was very nice and helpful with everything from restaurants to contacts with the police when we got parking fines! Comfortable rooms with a big common terrace. Well worth the money!   Hotel Victoria turned out to be a true 4-star hotel in a convenient location around the center of Trieste. The staff was most professional and attentive, not to mention fully fluent in English. The staff were extremely helpful, directing us to parking (with a special hotel rate), recommending and booking a restaurant for our anniversary dinner (which was excellent) and even chilling a bottle of wine we'd brought with us. The room was amazing, clean and luxurious, and the breakfast was excellent. Highly, highly recommended.

She was waiting for us on arrival. She helped us with a place to park nearby and also with suggested a nearby restaurant which was great. This is her own business; the pride she takes in running it and her personal touch makes it a lovely pla - Manager Aessandra was warm, friendly and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Willingly assisted us when we needed a doctor and hospital, she volunteered to act as interpreter, we couldn't have worked the Italian medical system without her. Thank you so much Aessandra. Unit was clean, comfortable and well stocked with extras. Close to everything Trieste has to offer.

  Our host Stefano was wonderful. We arrived earlier than expected, but he came to meet us, prepared an espresso for us, gave us a map of Trieste, and described a variety of activities and points of interest within walking distance, or bus route.
