The staff (Georgia and team) were very gracious, welcoming and professional. She made us feel welcome and provided excellent recommendations for dining in the area as well as help with travel arrangements and sight seeing. We had to leave the hotel very early in the morning - 5:30am to catch the train to Rome on our last day and she arranged for our taxi and provided us with a box breakfast to take with us.

Exceptional service from front desk staff--Sara was willing to provide recommendations regarding dinner and wineries to visit (both recommendations were superb). - It was outside the city, necessary if you are driving but very easy to walk or take the bus inside the city walls.

great place to stay in Siena - Travelling by car, we found the hotel more easily than we expected. We were given excellent advice at the hotel on parking in Sienna and using the escalator system to enter the old town. The rooms were good and were excellent value, as the prices were low.
