Never met more friendly and helpful staff anywhere like the ones in this hotel. They really made everything so perfect. Everything was very comfortable in this hotel. - Everything about the hotel was superb - location, staff, decor, food. The only issue for us was a lack of tea and coffee in the room. everything else was fautless.

Porcellino Gallery is a real gem. A small boutique hotel (only 5 rooms). All with recently completed redecorations and an upscale flair. Each room having a different theme. Location is excellent. Near to all key attractions in Florence. Owners and staff were very cordial and helpful in all regards. Made us feel totally welcome and appreciated. Our original accommodations were not available for the five of us, so they put three of us in the junior suite which was UNBELIEVABLY beautiful! We all felt like we got to sleep in a palace room for the night. Just an amazing night. What a pleasure! The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and very accommodating. Wouldn't have changed a thing!
