  The host was very helpful and welcoming and the view from the BandB is sensational. I highly recommend this BandB as it within walking distance of St Marks Sq and the Rialto. - Absolutely the best BandB I've stayed in. The rooms are massive. I would stay here again and again. This is the best value for money in all of Venice.

  the hotel was just a 5 min walk from Piazza san marco , a bit difficult to find but won't get you more than 10 mins the 1st time to find it . The girl in the reception is just adorable , very helpfull and very easy going . we stayed on a lovely room by the canal with my wife . very quiet area and yet very close to everything . breakfast was pret... hva folk sier » ty standard , but very fresh and nice .we would stay there again definetely! - It was a perfect location, a 5-10 minute walk to St. Mark's Square but tucked away from the crowds of tourists in Venice. It was as nice as a hotel but felt small and quaint instead of industrial. The staff member that worked there was extraordinary. She was the most pleasant person we met in Venice.

  A touch of Venice from a local family. Super hospitable, warm, friendly but also very discrete. We felt very welcome. We highly suggest to choose their B&B for your stay.

  The rooms were great, new in design. Beds were great with extra blankets and pillows. The breakfast was the normal Italian b/b pastries and meats cereals, but enough for a morning starter. The location was close to the big San Marco Square, just remember to get off the boat at the Celestial, then it's only a 10 minute walk, or cal and they welcome... hva folk sier » and get you. Thanks Santo for everything! - Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is basic european with rolls, cereal, coffee, juice, yogurt, etc. This B&B is off the beaten path in Venice, so you have to walk or take the vaparetto to most places. Walking to St Marks Square, Rialto Bridge, etc. is easy. There are 2 Vaparetto stops nearby which make travel around the city easy too.

  Maria Elisabetta and Rodolfo are a wonderful young couple who take great care of their guests. The location of the Residenza is perfect (next to San Marco but away from the crowd, and not far away from the Castello area where the Biennale takes place and where there are plenty of great authentic restaurants). We stayed in the Artist room which was neat, quiet and very clean, with a lovely view over the canal. The - In one word - Excellent. Location - perfect (near San Marco square, but on the small quiet street). Room - clean and cozy. Bathroom - big, light and clean, clean and clean (hairdryer, toiletries, towels are included). Breakfast - very good (choice of yoghurts, meat, cheese, bread, jam, juice, coffee, tea, etc.) Owner - intelligent, polite and friendly person with great sense of humor. All together this will make your stay in this hotel perfect.

  This is a wonderful small hotel. We had a fantastic room with view of San Marco. Very luxurious decor, and really nice staff. Highly recommendable! (Didn't try the breakfast) - Excellent room, clean and elegant. Very friendly

  Location was about 10 mins walk from St. Marks Square. Close yet far enough away from crowds. Rooms were lovely.Ours was small but had view of canal while our friends had a huge room to make up for lack of view, I reckon! Personally, I loved room with a view. Staff very helpful and breakfast very tasty. All in all, great value.

  Venice is a small city (for me anyway) but hard to navigate, so people will get lost (I got delightfully lost several times), but I thought Residenza La Loggia was super easy to find. With only the map provided from their website I went straight from the St. Mark's vaporetto stop (from the airport) to the B&B with no wrong turns. The location ... hva folk sier » was excellent, kind of tucked away on a side street (which made it "quiet" and away from the hustle and bustle) but literally around the corner from t - The hotel is just off main walking alley Calle dei Fabbri some 4 minutes north from San Marco. The distance between houses on opposite side in this area are tiny co do not expect any view from your window. If you do not mind this then Residenza la Loggia might be just the right place for your stay.
