  The room was cozy, the stuff was friendly, the breakfast was good. Not expecting too much from a 2star hotel we received good service, comfort and all the facilities in the room. Strange, that the reviewers complain about the size of the bathroom - it's standard, with a a shower cabin (rather spacious!). - Quiet hotel on a nice street. There is also a great caffee close by (turn left from hotel after the first bridge) where you can enjoy a cappuccino and some pastries for cheap.

  The room is spacious and very clean with excellent facilities. It is located in a very convenient area, which just takes several minutes to central Venice. They also offered breakfast buffet in a dining room which is very nice. Damage to the maintenance of accommodation is slightly lower than the desired level, should paint due to insects, it is not screened windows. Otherwise, comfortable, quiet, the staff is anxious that I recommend.

  The Staff was very very Helpful and were willing to provide information - Although it is quite basic the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent.
