Perfect house keeping, concierge and room with welcome drinks in the room for parents and kids. Food and drinks delicate.   Absolutely fantastic! We have enjoyed ourselves a great deal at the hotel. Perfect location, excellent staff, comfort, view, breakfast, etc. - beyond all praise!   Very good location in the center of Lido. Nice surroundings. Very full breakfast. The staff is excellent! Rooms with the antique furniture and very nice. - nice room with a view, bird chirping outside, we had a balcony with a view of the strieet, and close to the beach, 2 blocks from the water ferry

  The hotel staff was very polite and extremely helpful. The hotel room is spacious and grand, quite medieval venetian style. The hotel gardens and the surroundings are fascinating for an early morning stroll. Do eat in the hotel even though it's expensive as their executive chef menu is something to behold. The staff was extremely helpful...5 star service. The location is also perfect. The shuttle worked like a charm. The breakfast, which was included in the rate, was excellent.
