  The location is extraordinary, not possible to see Venice in a better way with children. Staff fantastic, friendly, heartfelt, did the extra to make our stay magnificent. Perfect house keeping, concierge and room with welcome drinks in the room for parents and kids. Food and drinks delicate. Housekeeping were efficient and pleasant to deal with.

  The hotel staff was very polite and extremely helpful. The hotel room is spacious and grand, quite medieval venetian style. The hotel gardens and the surroundings are fascinating for an early morning stroll. Do eat in the hotel even though it's expensive as their executive chef menu is something to behold. I will always remember the valentine's day... hva folk sier » special menu; it was super! - We were upgraded to a junior suite which was absolutely wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful...5 star service. The location is also perfect. The shuttle worked like a charm. The breakfast, which was included in the rate, was excellent.
