  Location was about 100 yards from Spanish Steps, and very close to a metro stop. AlsoRooms were very comfortable and bathrooms were good sized and modern. Service was excellent, from the concierge to the 24 hour butler service in the lounge.   10/10, great owner and staff, location is perfect for tourist and shopping, reception is helpful and friendly, i ask them a cake for my wife's birthday and they prepare for me next day morning, it's the best hotel during my stay in Italy, BRAVO!!! - Great location, bit surprised it was a flat changed to three rooms, but great comfort
