  The location of the hotel is perfect for a city break. 10 minutes walk from Termini station and we found it very easy to find using google maps. There is now a big sign so even though the reception is on the 1st floor of the building we still found it with ease. The location of the hotel was perfect for us to see the whole of Rome. The hotel Demetra brand new - very clean lines - fresh and crisp. Typical Itialian modern style, with tiled floors and walls. The rooms are very nice, no frills. Location is great, 5 min walk to Termini bus station/train station. Stop for red open top tour bus 110.

It is steps from a Metro Station and our host was very informative about where to go and how to get there. I can't say enough about - We would describe the Domus Bocco Di Leone as exceptional. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. It is located close to the Spanish steps which made it close to the shops bars and restaurants and an excellent base for all that Rome has to offer. Would We recommend this hotel? Absolutely. Would we stay there again? Most definitely.

  Excellently placed. Just round the corner from the Central bus and metro stations. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and are more than willing to help with arranging trips, taxis etc. Should have remembered to have a mid day siesta, walking around a city is exhausting. From the breakfasts and the lovely staff up on the 5th floor we really liked it. Great location (we walked to all of Rome's attractions) and nice place to sleep.   It is a really friendly small hotel with very nice staff. The receptionist always checks who enters the hotel so it is quite secure, too. - The location is good. It's around the train station, and there are lots of restaurants and bars downstairs. The room is big and clean.

  Was our first time in Rome and Townhouse Spagna's location was perfect for sight seeing. We found it a perfect base to just stroll the streets and find all the various monuments at each corner. Townhouse Spagna is located near the Spanish Steps and is a trendy part of town where all the nice boutiques are. Great city living. Lots of options for eating on your doorstep too with a lot - Town House Spagna is conveniently located in an alley right by the Spanish Steps. As soon as I made a last minute booking for same day check in, they called me to make sure I was okay to find the place and provided directions. When we checked in, we were upgraded to a bigger room free of charge which is always a nice surprise. Town House Spagna is a very cute boutique style hotel and has very pretty furnishings. We had a short stay but it was a pleasant one.
