We stayed in the Presidential suite, so our frame for description starts
out pretty positive! First off, the location was perfect. From the
Piazza del Gesu you can walk everywhere on your tourist map. The only
time we cabbed was to go back and forth to the Vatican. The service was
excellent. We had some difficulty with the guy at the desk and no
English, but it just added to the charm of knowing you were in Italy.
The breakfast was enormous and catered to gluten free (as does everyone
in Rome)

We stayed in hotel Labelle with my boyfriend for 3 nights. Beautiful place, spacious room, very high ceilings, we could see few historical buildings right from the window. Room was warm with a big bed. Location is absolutely amazing. Colosseo around the corner, we literally walked everywhere (even returned from Vatican by foot ). Breakfast was brought into the room on your selected time. We really enjoyed to stay there. If I go to Rome again I'll stay there again.

Rome is a great place to visit,we found the Romans friendly people but bad drivers(some insults were transmitted),having rented bikes made all the difference to visit the city,amazingly few people cycle around,the food is great

It was really good standard. Great location with a nice square with a fountain around the corner and a view over colosseum. Nearby alot of sightseeing and a Metro station around the corner. 15 min walk to Termini. The staff was really serviceminded and helped us call about our luggage since we weren't able to recieve it when we were on a guided tour. High speed free internet. We stayed here as a family for my husband's 60th birthday and 14-year-old son. We really enjoyed the all-inclusive breakfast, and the helpful staff who work there. Usually when I travel with groups or
solo, the hotels are 4 stars but when I have chosen this hotel I was totally right that the hotel is clean and the breakfast buffet as 2 * hotel is worth €10 as in 4 * hotel. The best thing is 2 minutes distance from Piazza Navona

The location was perfect, near the piazza Navona and at walking distance from all the major sights in Rome, such as Vatican city and the Trevi fountain.
The hotel staff was really friendly, I even got a little piece of chocolate on my pillow :) the breakfast was really simple but great, not overdone but just some cereals, breadrolls, cornettos, and various kinds of spreads.
