what can I say? fantastic hotel in every way, arrived very late about 11.30, staff were very helpful, gave us complementary drinks, bedroom out of this world with messanie floor, décor amazing, they had to give us 2 rooms instead of three because of computer problem with an upgrade, we loved it so much we decided to stay there the next night although hotel wanted to give us three room the next night, with complementary breakfast on top! breakfast eat as much as you like and only cost 16 euros e

We loved staying in this gracious palazzo. Very friendly staff who treated us like family. nothing was too much trouble. I also liked the location, away from the main tourist area but only 5 minutes walk away. The garden is also wonderful and we eat breakfast out in the sunshine each day. I would highly recommend this hotel and would go there again

The staff and management treated us like family friends rather than paying guests and it was one of the friendliest hotels I have stayed. Nothing was too much trouble and there were many little extras provided free of charge, which only added to the pleasure. The room was wonderful, full of atmosphere and beautifully appointed. I would recommend the hotel to any of my friends without hesitation.

This hotel was absolutely stunning! We had the junior suite with a canal view and it was amazing! The room was beautifully decorated! This hotel room, experience and location was the highlight of our trip! I highly recommend it! Even though the junior suite is a bit more money than the regular rooms, if you are wanting to treat yourself while in Italy for a couple days, I would definitely spend the extra money on this room!!
