  Claude is a wonderful host. He made me feel very welcome. The rooms where small but confetable and clean. The B&B is located very close to the Colloseum and other important sites in Rome. - Great location, walking distance from Colosseum, Roman Forum, Metro stations etc. Good restaurants nearby.

  It was very clean and the room was much bigger than I expected. The lady from reception was lovely! In the middle of everything...The Colloseum is just around the corner and short walk to Trevi Fountain which is stunning.   This hotel is more like the size of a B&B, with 4 rooms and a lobby in the middle, as part of a larger building. The rooms are great. Very modern and large, with comfortable beds. This hotel is only 2-3 blocks from the coliseum, as well as the colosseo metro stop.   The location is perfect - close to the city centre, within reach of main sights on foot. Also Termini station is in vicinity, so it's comfortable to arrive from Fiumicino by train or bus. But it's near the train station.Be careful when you alone. The train station is not safe in the evening. Just bring the address with you.Thanks a lot. Strongly recommend.

  The staff was most courteous and helpful. The hotel was a short walk to Villa Borghese, the principle point for my visit to Rome - Location just outside of main tourist area but surrounded by many restaurants and theatres was excellent. Local transport to all areas was also good. Staff very helpful at all hours.
