It's the second time we stayed at the BandB and it was great. We had a room with a Jacuzzi and breakfast was served in the room. We could even leave our luggages for few hours after check out. Furnitures are brand new and the bathroom is amazing, with a Jacuzzi shower. Breakfast is served in your room. The owners are really nice and kind. It was new, good bathroom and beds. We had a real ironing board and iron. Very quiet, no smoking, close to everything in central Rome, we walked to everything we wanted to see. Staff were good without fawning and obviously tip trawling. Most importantly it lived up to it's on line promotion, photos were honest.

and functionality, and was cleaned and organized. It is the best way to
visit Rome without worrying about restaurants. In the small kitchen you
have everything you need to prepare a nice meal (better than in many
restaurants!) They provide you with salt, sugar, coffee, olive oil and
all the basic kitchen equipment. All you need to do is to walk 5 minutes
to the supermarket. The staff was amazing and we really felt at home.
