  Communication by e-mail before trip was excellent.Staff were very helpful & friendly,helped with museum tickets,directions etc.Fantastic location,very central to everything,short walk from station.Room had everything you would need,kettle/tea/coffe,hairdryer, fridge & clean towels every day.The room was clean & comfortable with a fanta... hva folk sier » stic shower! Stones throw away from the Duomo and the busy cute streets (city centre). Clean rooms and beautifully decorated. Very family friendly. Has a small elevator which helps to transport luggage (we were on 4th floor). Breakfast vouchers for food from cafe next door which gave a fruit drink, coffee, croissant and sandwich. Great location, friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this place. They even let us keep our bags after check out until our next train ride which meant we were

  Hotel was exactly what we had hoped for! The staff was wonderful, verykind and informative. Our every (tourist) question was answered and witha smile each time!   We were impressed by maps and useful information of the city given after checking in at the hotel by a hotel staff. The hotel is few steps of walk to Duomo. To our knowledge, there aren't many public toilets available in Florence. So, we found it very convenient to go back and forth between the hotel and tourist attractions during the day in case... hva folk sier » that we had to use toilet without waiting in the long line. Even though the breakfast isn't included, the unlimited amount of drinking water and cup - We were presently surprised to discover that there is a little kirchen in our room so we were able to prepare our favorite hot instant comfort food! We can be adventurous with our food but having the freedom to be just lazy and not go out to eat is also welcome to weary teavellers :-) Our room was charming!   We stayed in the apartment for a week and we enjoyed it very much. We had the studio.It has everything necessary-kitchenette, microwave, fridge, cutlery, what we really appreciated is that there was a washing machine in the basement and you dont have to pay for it extra. The wi-fi works very well, all the facilities work properly. We liked sta - The apartment was in a beautiful 16th century building. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable.   The location is excellent, we lived in a spacious room with window facing the street, but it is very quiet during night. We can spot Basilica di Santa Maria del Fiore from our window. We had a very good sleep. We are really glad to recommend it! P.S. The city map the owner gave us was very useful (more so than the map attached to our XXX guide boo... hva folk sier » k, which is so general and inaccurate, maybe it is just about the planet as its name may indicate... ) - A LOVELY B&B situated right downtown. Located 3 minutes from the Duomo and 2 minutes from the Galleria Accademia, it's the perfect place to stay in Firenze. Despite it's centrality, the rooms face the inner courtyard and is very quiet. Federico, the host is extremely helpful, considerate and kind. I'm coming back in September and will be staying here again!
