We arrived at 23:00 and were greated with a smile. They even provided us with a selection of breakfast cereals and croissants as a "present."   The hotel is very well located. It is very close form the train station and a couple steps from the bus and taxi station. You can easily reach San Marco by foot and easily get back by boat.
