  Lovely apartment with 2 bedrooms although we had only booked for one got two, clean, had all basic equipment. On Venice itself, easy access walkable to St Marks sq in 20 minutes or get water bus. Lovely from straight outside flat onwards, in student district so had some local life not just tourists but not noisy at all in flat. Nice restaurants an... hva folk sier » d bars close by. Affordable. Outside courtyard with chair and table although we did not use this much as weather was terrible (no view). Staff checked - We loved the location: a bit off the beaten track even in peak season. The neighborhood is very pleasant and more quiet than other busy districts of Venice, although it`s absolutely close, just 5 min walking distance, from Giardini and Biennale. this neighborhood is also very children-friendly as there is a broad corso nearby where The flat is cute with a vista to a litttle canale on a corner. Amenities are good, beds are good.

  I've been to Venice many times but never before managed to secure a reservation at the Pensione Accademia. In Venice!!). I promise you, its all true! The - The best thing here is the receptionists. They were extremely helpful and courteous. Thank you very much Adriano and Massimo. There was no noise at all and I was able to sleep well. I don't know how it sounds in the holiday season, though. The hotel is not far away from St. Mark. You can walk or take take ?bus" to it. By "the bus" stop Academia is a small restaurant owned by a family from Tunisia. Amany was a great hostess there.

  The location was excellent..next to water bus /water taxi. Breakfast was great..the decor of hotel really created an atmosphere of old Venice..the location was close enough to everything yet not so close you felt crowed by center. The Staff wasoutstanding, and very courteous, the hotels cleanliness and service wassecond to none. On a scale of 1-10, I give thishotel a 15!!

  I rented 2 apartments, both were on the top floor of a former palace. Both were incredible. Well furnished, very clean and orderly. The location could not have been better. Less than 1/2 block from the Vaparetto stop, within walking distance of San Marco, shopping, restaurants, etc. The terrace in one apt and view of the Grand Canal and Venice in ... hva folk sier » the other made our stay very special. I highly recommend these apts. Special thanks to Silvia. She was incredible to work with. She is a real asset to - Extremely positive attitude from the rep of the company that lets the apartment - very helpful in every respect. We also liked a terrace - though quite small, it was good we had it. Location was also very convenient - no noise, but very close to Ca'Razzonico vaporetto stop and one of major squares - St. Margherita, as well as shops and restaurants. Air-conditioner also is a huge advantage - we would not survive in Venice in July without it.
