The staff could not do enough for us and treated us like silk worms. Nothing was a problem. Directions, hints, tips and must see all explained thoroughly. I was nervous about getting from the airport on our own, but the directions were very clear and the hotel easy to find. The location was perfect between the Rialto and St Marco square-we couldn't have picked better! Very impressed with how friendly the staff are and how welcomed we felt. Staff were friendly and welcoming, Andrea gave us really helpful advice on places to visit, transport, and where to eat which enabled us to get the most from our short one night stay in Venice.

There's an authentic coffee shop across the road with an amazing Venetian coffee at Eur1.20! I couldn't believe my eyes. Quite a local neighbourhood, so you can get a sense of where local Venetians go if you get up early in the morning for a walk!

Location, comfortable, customer-friendly staff and owner, closer to the Train station and other main tourist areas. Had no issue what to so ever in terms of noise.

The location at the ghetto and near all the main atractions of Venice,
but not at a place very crowdly. The saff is amazing at is a kosher
breakfast hotel near a good kosher restaurants and pizzaria and
